Entry Level Microsoft Systems Engineer

We are a small but rapidly growing consulting firm with offices in Atlanta and Chicago. We focus on solving complex collaboration, information sharing and workflow problems using Microsoft technologies.

We are seeking an entry level Systems Engineer to provide infrastructure expertise and support for our client engagements and our internal systems. You will be providing day to day assistance with the following technologies:

Windows Server 2003
Exchange Server 2003 and 2007
Windows SharePoint Services v3
Office SharePoint Server 2007
SQL Server 2000 and 2005
Vista
Windows XP
Office 2003 and 2007

Experience with troubleshooting Windows XP, Windows Server, IIS, Exchange and SQL Server preferred. SharePoint experience a plus.

Candidates must have exceptional communication and analytic skills and a high commitment to customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of related experience. College Seniors with related expertise are encouraged to apply.

Specific requirements include:

Advanced knowledge of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 including Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, and IIS
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and networking issues are essential
Solid understanding of Exchange and SQL Server
Exposure to SharePoint Portal Server or Windows SharePoint Services would be a plus
